CAPER Engenharia is an environmental consulting and advisory firm with the experience to guide your business, across the most varied market segments, in obtaining permits, managing environmental risks and implementing sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with legislation and the preservation of natural resources. Founded in 2018 by Environmental Engineer Caroline Pereira, whose career includes eight years working inside an environmental agency focused on licensing, the company built a strategic edge: a deep understanding of regulatory procedures and the technical challenges inherent to these processes. Based on this know-how, we develop tailored strategies that ensure legal compliance and certainty, optimize timelines and mitigate risks.

Environmental Engineer and Occupational Safety Engineer, with a specialization in Environmental Management and solid experience in environmental licensing, management, and regularization of projects.
She worked for 8 years at the Joinville Environmental Foundation (FUNDEMA), directly in environmental licensing, gaining broad knowledge of legislation, technical analysis, administrative processes, and procedures with environmental agencies.
At the helm of CAPER Engenharia, she applies this experience to deliver safe, strategic technical solutions, helping companies move projects forward, prevent environmental risks, and keep their operations compliant, balancing development, engineering, and environmental responsibility.
